Hi, I’m Ashley Kowalski, a Certified Health & Mindset Coach and the founder of Inner Growth Development Coaching. I help busy women break free from the cycle of starting over, fuel their bodies with simple, protein-first meals, and create routines that bring more energy, confidence, and balance into everyday life.

After juggling motherhood, career, and my own health journey, I know what it feels like to be stretched thin and frustrated with quick fixes that don’t last. That’s why I created a coaching approach that’s realistic, sustainable, and designed for women like you.
